All body composition scans are conducted privately with your assigned Corporate Wellness Trainer. Data is stored securely and is only shared with the individual member unless explicit written consent is provided for aggregated, anonymized wellness reporting to the employer. - Is the nationwide access real? Yes. All corporate members receive premium nationwide access to every Crunch Fitness location in the United States. Members must designate a “Home Club” (which MUST be Pembroke Pines) for billing and primary access, but can visit any club while traveling or relocating. - How does 30-day trial work? Corporate trials function just like individual trials: once enrolled, the first 30 days of membership dues are waived. Since all memberships are month-to-month, a 30-day notice of cancellation is required for both corporate and individual memberships after the trial period ends. - How does billing work? Your company will keep a credit card on file for monthly membership dues. Each employee will also set up their own secure “Club Account” with a personal credit card for incidental purchases. The $49 Annual Fee is employee-paid (CEP) unless your company selects a Company-Paid (CP) plan where it is waived. - How does onboarding work? Each corporate account is assigned both a Corporate Member Services Representative (MSR) and a Corporate Wellness Trainer (Nationally Certified). New members participate in a CrunchONE Kickoff Session to assess fitness goals and design a results-driven program. - Can family members enroll? Yes. Family members of employees are eligible to enroll and their memberships count toward your company’s total enrollment numbers. - Is personal training included? Personal training is available as an add-on service. All corporate wellness training sessions must be used at the Crunch Pembroke Pines location with your dedicated Corporate Wellness Trainer. - What's the Peak Results Accountability Coaching? This is an exclusive coaching program for members who designate Crunch Pembroke Pines as their “Home Club.” If a member transfers their corporate membership to another Crunch location, they will no longer have access to the Pembroke Pines Corporate Wellness Program, including Peak Results Coaching.
